At BetterMe Store, we are committed to your fitness journey and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BetterMe account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned sports gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
